Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Remote areas may take a little longer.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • Additional handling charges may apply for COD orders.

Delays

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural events, etc.).

  • In such cases, we will keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.
