  • All our baby wear is made from 100% premium cotton, designed for comfort and everyday use.

  • Product images are for reference only. Colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen display or fabric variations.

  • We strive to keep products in stock, but availability may change.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via secure payment gateways integrated on Shopify (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within India.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and tags are intact.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after quality check.

  • All designs, logos, product images, and content on TheGummyBear.in are the intellectual property of The Gummy Bear.
