Returns

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygienic reasons, innerwear and accessories are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at thegummybear.in with your order details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently allow size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

  • In case the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
